Design Build
BD Stevens Ltd. is a full-service provider in construction
projects. BDS can supply internal turn-key design capabilities
in addition to traditional construction services.
The Design-Build Method differs from the more
traditional forms of contracting in that the Owner deals with
one single entity, the Design-Builder, who provides the design
and the construction under one contract.
On time and within budget are real and achievable
goals. The team at BDS works with the client to create an excellent
project team who believe success is attained when all the members

Finishing touches are becoming the focus as the Multi-tenant cargo facility at the Stanfield International Airport gets closer to completion.
Work continues on the Millbrook Fish Farms upgrade in Truro, NS.
Specialty Services is about to do some space renovations for the Nova Scotia Community College's Aviation Institute in Dartmouth, NS.
Specialty Services will also be doing renovations for the Emergency Management Organization at the Eric Spicer Building in Dartmouth, NS.
Sackville's Sagewood Long Term Care facility is progressing well. The Magnolia site in Enfield, has had a successful panel lift during this good weather and the first panels should all be lifted by tomorrow.
